The breakfast burritos here are extremely popular, and for good reason--they're built on a fresh, chewy flour tortilla (not the generic supermarket kind) with a generous egg-based filling of choice. I had the Machaca, made of shredded beef cooked with egg, onions, and peppers in a sort of rolled omelette that held together and stayed hot in the tortilla. On the side came tangy and spicy green and red salsas, which added a nice chili flavor to the neatly wrapped burrito. ”
